Merge Tribe Name:
Ala Jabal (meaning "uphill" in regards to our journey to FTC) in RED
Three Crowns represent the three original tribe coaches and the tribes they represent; the toppers distinguishing them from one another. The lightbulb represents the bright ideas embodied by Karak. The chat bubble represents Madaba's social nature. Finally, the flexed bicep represents the strength of Anjara.
Red Banner with Gold Leaf is used to signify the blood of fallen comrades that have already been laid to rest while still celebrating the current battle for power for all those contestants still playing. The color Red also commonly represents Petra, or the "Red Rose City" and will also represent the Ala Jabal tribe.
8 Skulls for the 8 members of the game who have seen their gameplay come to an end. We remember them for their impact on the game.
The Background is broken down into several portions. The top, red portion represents a storm of fire and brimstone; a biblical symbol of the coming of the end. Below are the three distinct places that our original tribes derived their names; Karak, Madaba and Anjara. The bottom portion are red flames engulfing the already eliminated players.
The Spear of Skulls holds 10 heads, one each for the ten that will not make it to the finals; fore only 3 souls will see their ways to the end.
The Crescent Moon with Star is an Islamic symbol of unity. Two symbols were used in opposing corners to represent the unity into one tribe while still showing the underlying separation that still exists from the previous tribes.
Astrological Symbols adorn the border. Although Jordan isn't closely associated with astrology, I eat drink and breath it and it was something I wanted to use to incorporate in symbol the dynamic personalities of this cast. The 13 remaining castaways comprise 5 of the 12 signs; Aries (2), Gemini (2), Virgo (1) , Scorpio (4) and Pisces (4)
Arabic Script is in white to represent purity. The phrase reads "work hard, dig deep, win" which has been my personal mantra this season.
This was a fun challenge. I only had this afternoon to work on it because I passed out early last night and worked all day, but I am pretty proud of what I was able to come up in just 4 hours. Good Luck with the decision and feel free to ask me any questions you might have.
