Previously on iSurv1vor:
- The tribes were given the task of creating their own flags that represent them, which would require them to work together. Each member of the tribe was given 15 minutes during each of their turns to try and do the best they could for their tribes flag at the live challenge.
- At the immunity challenge, a harsh judging process would be what separates each tribe from the win. With a double tribal council looming in, it caused some people to become extremely passionate about what they submitted. While some judges were back and forth with critique, some castaways were not so understanding, as Nicole and Ricky got into a bit of a disagreement during the challenge!
- At Tribal Council, Madaba seemed straightforward on who they wanted to send out, as Mandy gave the Salvation Cup to Dylan, with Melissa being voted out. With Anjara, Nicole gave the Salvation Cup to Carlos, with Emily being voted out.
- 18 are left, who will be voted out next?

Waiting for Kate to announce she is a member of Axis of Evil, Version 2.0.... Sounds like Kate/Ricky in Jordan is comparable to Nicole/Ricky in India. Good for Ricky. I mean, it worked for him then and if Kate is anywhere as close to a beast as Nicole was in India, it will work out for him.
I am not surprised Ricky wants the "Bro Club" out. That is not his target market of people. The only person in Ricky's target market that fits that group is Nax. I kid, I kid, had to throw in some India reference there somehow. I do like that he wants to keep Davis by himself. Davis looks familiar, why?
Jay has me on the edge of my seat though. I am waiting to see if he can find a way to dethrone Ricky. I kind of want to see him succeed but at the same time, I don't. #ItsYaBoyJay
Racine is away for the day and away from my Top 3.
My new top 3 after 3 episodes Davis Ricky Jay
Shon who?

How I am feeling so far in Episode 3: Mandy - I understand where she is coming from. She definitely can not afford to lose anyone else, because if they were to go to Tribal Council again, I have a feeling Stephanie will be voted out, but that honestly wouldn't be cool! I think Mandy is in a really tough spot with her tribe because they have lost twice and they are kind of down about that, but if they manage to pull a win on this one, it could switch things up! Ricky - As much as I want you to win this challenge, I don't want Mandy losing anyone else right now. Although, I do not Ricky to be dethroned. Sitting out Izzy is a good idea though, as I have a feeling she may not do so well in upcoming challenges (I just don't get a challenge-oriented vibe from her). I think he chose the right people for the challenges, especially Desiree! I mean, she is really good with doing anything! If they were to go to Tribal Council, I think the alliance of Ricky, Kate and Desiree w/ Izzy would probably result in Jay's elimination. Carlos - I don't really see the strategy with constantly calling out the Mental Tribe. It doesn't really show anything, no matter how much you explain it to me, to be honest. The obvious idea of "this tribe is stronger, lets get rid of them" is a boring way to go after someone, if Carlos will try to do that by trying to talk with the Social Tribe, IF a swap is happening. I can understand if you are going after someone in particular, but I guess with me, I just need a better reason then that. He is so dramatic. Davis - One of my favorite guys! I love how he wants to pull Derby and try and work with her! I really, really like how he wants to blindside Racine, because I think that would be an amazing move! I hope no one catches up to him before he is able to do that though. The only thing that makes me wonder is, how would he do that, since he obviously does not have the people to do so. #BlindsideRacine in progress I guess. I want Davis to go far, he seems pretty awesome! Fabian - Talking about how him and Izzy are sitting out of the challenge, and if they go to Tribal Council, wants to target Izzy? However, he wants to target her for the same reason he could be targeted, which is pretty stupid. I think Izzy will be fine though, since Ricky seems to like her. At least he is admitting he is not that strong in challenges. He seems to be a wild for me at the moment, but I think we may see more from him as everything moves forward. Izzy - Such a sweet girl! A video almost 2mins long?!?! SHOCKED! Haha, being serious though, I like how she is also in the same thought process of wanting to get rid of Jay / does not like Carlos. She is tired of the drama it seems and she finds them both to be very negative. I think she could go a long way in this game and maybe be some side help to that Axis of Evil, Version 2.0 ! Also, is this alcoholics anonymous? Everyone is getting drunk or wasted this season! Also, the talk of Ricky dethroning himself to participate in the Scavenger Hunt? I like it....but it worries me. I just think Jay would try to do something where he would still try to vote Ricky out, even after putting a lot of effort into it. (A S27 Jessica moment) Jay - He is so overconfident. I'm glad you love to talk shit and everything, but I really hope it comes back to bite you. I think the power struggle between Ricky and him will happen soon, and I really, really hope Ricky puts him in his place! I understand why people like him, since he is that one person who is going to try and go up against one of the most well-liked people, but I mean, I don't think he will stand a chance. Reynolds - Not much to say about my second favorite guy! I love his upbeat personality and how he is always smiling. I hope that more happens with him in the future! Stay positive! <3 <3 Shon - Yikes, willing to go after anyone it seems! Although, the only thing I agree with as far as he goes, is NOT getting rid of Stephanie. I would rather see Dylan go, because the idea of getting rid of Dylan makes sense. Why remove Stephanie, when there is a boyfriend/girlfriend together in the game? That is much more of a threat then Stephanie is altogether. Please though, do not go after Reynolds!!! NO!!! Travis - I don't know why anyone hates him, if anything. I understand he has a 'out there' personality, but I think it is because he calls people out when he needs to. Ricky needs to stop being drunk!!!! (Although that won't ever happen, rip). I like how he got Katie to get into a video with him. That was cool. Anyways, not too much to say about him right now. I hope he does well in the challenge! That is all for now.

Ricky needs to stop being drunk!!!! (Although that won't ever happen, rip). Story of my life with that kid. I just hope he can control it when he is in the game so that he doesn't reveal or do something stupid while drunk to jeopardize his game! He needs a breathalyzer on his laptop, in the USB drive. If he reaches a certain level, pro boards locks him out!

I love that Nicole is showing her vulnerable side.
I dont like that she said she isn't ready to play this game as a player. I mean, I get it. You don't trust the other side but I don't think you wanted to be a player from the start. As far as coaches being into the game, she was my #3 pick, with Ricky being #1.
but if my hypothesis becomes reality, Ricky and Mandy become coaches and school yard pick their tribes... which Nicole would be in good standings b/c I think Ricky would pick her.

ok, finally catching up...
Anjara is a hot ass mess of a tribe. I just don't understand how everyone knows that Carlos talks to everyone, but they all still truly trust him and think he's there number 1. Meanwhile, Davis is concocting plans that subtly throw Carlos under the bus. Patia... Patia... she's just there and it's killing me. I'm actually truly enjoying Derby much more. Still awkward to watch, but I'm loving that he paranoia is actually, in a way, stirring the pot some with the guys possibly thinking of throwing Racine under the bus and keeping Derby. They are all so... disconnected. Like, at this point in the game, for them to not really communicate or really know each other that well... or even feel comfortable communicating with one another is INSANE to me, but perhaps the reason they can't win a challenge if they paid for the win.
I'm really waiting to see Carlos/Davis to be challenged some in a different setting. Like, this dynamic is completely stale and I'm ready for some mix-ups.
still catching up on the other tribes... stay tuned!

Nicole just set the tone for this tribal council... I don't know if I would start with that when you don't know what the hell is about to happen!

UM, that tribal twist was AMAZING!
back to catching up...
Madaba Shon is irritating the fuck out of me on Madaba. Always talking smack, but I haven't seen him contribute much. Glad his tribe mates are throwing some shade his way in their confessionals. I'm waiting for him to have a clue. Dylan is really working this group and I like that he's covering his basis with building his relationship with Steph. She seems to really be playing a decent social game, although she's in the shittiest of shitty positions. Loving the glimmer of hope she has with Dylan wanting to drop Shon instead of voting with the guys to get her out. Reynolds seems to be starting to get irritated with Shon not putting his money where his mouth is... there is an iSurv1vor GOD! Good for them finally winning a challenge...
Karak Catching up on Karak and their bajillion posts, but it seems that things are split pretty evenly. In love with Kate and her shade that she's throwing at Jay, but I'm loving the rivalries brewing. It's like, I want to see the battles, but at the same time, I'm really enjoying the back and forth shade throwing... BUT I'm ready to see someone or something thrown into this mix to stir the pot.
The thing I'm noticing about all the tribes is that there are a couple of really strong players/personalities and then everyone else being more or less wild cards.
Ready for the shake ups and to seeing people have to adjust their games!

Here are my newest thoughts, since the Tribal Council ended:
I am somewhat sad that Derby was voted out, although I know there was nothing else that would happen that could save her. I really liked the Reverse Double Salvation Cup twist, where Ricky and Mandy had to choose one person each that will be vulnerable to being voted out. If what Nicole says is true about Ricky choosing Racine for the reason regarding being voted out of another game, then that is a pretty dumb reason. Davis got his wish by getting Racine sent out, but not too officially yet! We now have two swapped tribes that will give us (hopefully) some dynamic game play and allow some of them to really start showcasing who they are as players in this season.
It will be Derby vs Racine vs Emily in the Cemetery. Emily winning her first cemetery battle already will probably have some confidence coming into this, but who knows what will happen? I guess we must all watch and find out!
___________________
Nicole - I knew she had no choice to give the Salvation Cup to one of those four people in that alliance, but I am sad she would not even consider Derby. She seems like she is getting extremely agitated with Ricky with how he keeps talking to her / controlling her in a sense. I have a feeling that there may be a power struggle between the both of them soon and that things might begin to blow up.
Carlos - That pregame with Jay is so stupid. Of course everyone knows that Jay is arguing with you publicly to make it seem like he is not friends with you. In fact, you posted SO much that it was SO easy to figure out. I hope he gets voted out through the swap, he is so annoying.
Davis - Oh, how I love you so! I think he will do just fine through the swap, if he makes some good connections. Racine was blindsided through the twist, which I mean, hey, he is out either way, so that is good for Davis' game!
Desiree - YAS QUEEN FANTASY PICK! I know that these types of challenges will be your strength! I am so happy you could pull through and win this same challenge, again! "Carlos is a cunt" <--- I'm bald. You slay him, lovely! Your laugh is gorgeous and he is just mad because he doesn't have the personality that you do! Meninists are targeting the women, Desiree! Meninists!
Dylan - I am glad he won his portion of the challenge and everything, but I just need to see more from him. He just isn't connecting with me. Now that Dylan and Nicole are on the same tribes, I am extremely interested to see what happens.
Patia - I hope to see you shine in this up and coming round, although I wish you wouldn't work with all those boys! There are only so many of you girls left, and I have a feeling they will just rid of you if there are enough guys at the middle of the game to do so!
Mandy - I am so worried about her, now that she is dethroned! I really hope that she will not be voted out in the up and coming days of iSurv1vor. I worry now that Carlos is on her new tribe, he will immediately try and go after her after what just happened because of Ricky putting him in a position of being voted out. If she just stays calm, keeps to her self and tries to work out some new relationships.
Kate - Love, love, love her! I hope she does well through the swap! Maybe she should try and work with Mandy, that would be interesting! I am worried that since Carlos is on her tribe, he may try to target her too.
Episode 4 Discussion will be posted shortly by yours truly!

Still catching up on journals, luckily there aren't too many - or weren't last I checked. Probably plenty now with new tribes!
Derby, I feel so bad for her. She was trying so hard to break in on that alliance, but didn't know exactly what was going on, and her persistence had the others finding her a bit annoying. It's like they had locked her in a room and she was checking all the walls trying to find a door, but not realizing that the only escape was a hatch on the ceiling. I feel like she's strong on challenges and may stand a chance at beating Emily and Racine in the Cemetery. I am somewhat relieved though, since she was on a cruise and should not be focusing on where the best wifi connection is. Now she can go enjoy it. Hopefully.
Racine, he's been so busy IRL he was really a non-factor. Just another vote for Carlos and Davis, until it came down to it and they cut him. He was JUST stepping out of his busy phase too, but too little too late. One of his confessionals, he was chastising Emily for not being social enough, then touting his method of logging on for 5 minutes a day and getting brief 1 on 1 check-ins done. Not good enough, man. You needed to be making the moves, not just following.
The challenges were interesting, the strategy had no exact formula and it really did come down to bluffing. Davis started the Dare challenge by telling the girls how he could eat like 12 pieces of bread, and I am SO pleased that he was called on it. He only got in 3 or 4 out of the 6 he promised, even with water to help. It was getting stuck to the roof of his mouth. He swore a bunch, walked off cam, and Sandy gave him the axe. The ladies got to move on without having to do anything except bet him up and say, "Back It Up."
Much of the confessionals are centered around the challenge: it's over. Also around their tribes: also over. Do we have to watch them, really? The future is ahead in Amman and Al-Salt.

After watching the challenge and the tribal last night I'm VERY surprised Mandy was overthrown as a coach, not nicole. I am nervous for Mandy because of players like Carlos(how the hell did he survive the twist?) but if anyone can adjust to the tides it's her. She's sweet and very accommodating to other personalities, which will work for her in the long run. Very interested to see how the emotional tribe plays out if/when they go to tribal because yes as someone said, this tribe is full of the bigger personalities. Although the other tribe may be interesting to see if people continue to try to be more passive or make moves once it comes to tribal!

Also, can someone explain to me the thought process the players had with overthrowing Mandy? Based on what I've seen I would have thought Nicole would have been the first coach overthrown. I hope that Ricky and Nicole do not go into the game at the same time as they will be tempted to work together. I would like to see either one of them go in first and form relationships that may not work with the other person. I don't know if Nicole would do this though. I think she would make relationships and still find a way to work with Ricky once they were both in the game. Whereas I think Ricky has been showing us he is all about the game. He is bossing Nicole around, trying to make her decisions for her and doing what benefits him. Hey if it works, do it. He is literally working for that final 2 spot.

I really don't understand Carlos. He is playing so hard and it almost got him booted. Happy to know he has good social game to keep him in. I really like Davis more and more which is surprising to me. I am excited for the swap. I hope some of the low key players like Fabian can take advantage of the switch up and get some footing in the game. Why does Emily show up before the game and when she's voted out but not while she's actually in the game? Was this a problem in the past?

So surprised by Mandy too. I thought for sure it would be Nicole. She's the smartest too cause it's an easy vote off and weakens that obvious pre-made
